A new colleague in Southern Africa and Madagascar

After completing her PhD in political economy, she worked for 12 years in NGOs as an expert in agriculture and food security. Since 2012 at ÌÇÐÄVlog, she has specialized in analysing policy-making processes related to food security, nutrition, organic agriculture and agroecology. From 2014 to 2019, she was involved in research projects in Burkina Faso on issues such as inter-sectoral coordination between Agriculture and Health to improve dietary diversity and on the political agenda setting around agroecology.
She has beens based in South Africa since October 2022, hosted by the Center of Excellence in Food Security at the , and is interested in policies to support transformations in food systems to combat multiple forms of malnutrition.
